Many people have the mistaken impression that I’ve been
an overnight success. But, that couldn’t be further from the truth …
I put my first, for profit website online way back in 2000, but up until
early 2003 … very few people had ever heard my name. I thought I wanted it
that way, and it probably never would have changed had it not been for an
invitation to see how the other half was living, and to see how they were
running their businesses …
Until that I time, I thought I was doing pretty well for myself. I
was self-employed, working at home, and pretty much enjoying life … until
my eyes were opened.
You see, there is this Myth running rampant in the world of Internet
Marketing. You probably heard a version of it. The story goes like this:
Leave the rat race behind. Work for yourself. Be your own Man (or Woman!)
Do it yourself. Automate. No employees or mean bosses anymore.
It ends with you being a
Millionaire riding into the sunset.
Now there are many versions of it. You may have heard
the one that ends with you flying your Lear Jet
into the sunrise...
There are lots of different ways it gets told...
It's that damn "Do it Yourself" part that gets most
people into trouble.
That stops more entrepreneurs from
achieving success than anything else I have seen in the past 30
years.
And, that leads me to where I am today.
Since 2003, I’ve made a conscious decision to improve myself, my business,
and my life in general …
I hope you’ve done the same.
Since that time, I’ve opened myself up to accepting help from others,
learning new things, and realizing that … no matter how much I’d like to
believe it, I don’t know everything. And one of the best places to go to
get helpful information are online forums. OR YOU WOULD THINK SO BUT...
The biggest problem with online marketing forums is the huge amount of
misinformation and total nonsense that gets posted with out ever being
corrected, this tends to lead people down the wrong path. Forum Know-how

After buying so many e-books and courses, full of

When Robert invited me to a "Paid " forum, I was
reluctant at first. Having several of my own forums to
moderate I thought, "Why would I pay to join a forum?"
Well RP, I am GLAD I did. Thanks for the invite!
The members are all wonderful people. The mods are
fantastic experts in their individual fields. I don't
know how you did it Robert... getting all of these
experts in one place.....and contribute! Heavily!!
I browse more than I post, but I have run across a bunch
of threads which taught me a ton simply by reading!

I've been a forum poster for several years now, but I am convinced
this is the most exciting forum I have ever been on. In the week we
have been here, I have concentrated mostly on the traffic exchange
and the safelist forum.
